Yoga is the ancient gift to mankind that is bestowed to us from our yester generations. For several hundred years, Yoga has been practiced by practitioners and is now available to mankind as a time tested and trusted method to endure health, peace and purpose. It is now the responsibility of the current generation to be the conductors of yogic methods and hand over this art to our future generations.
With the onset of commercialization, health and pharma sector too got infected with profit oriented corporate hospitals. Patient’s pain is an opportunity for most of the corporate sectors to reap monetary benefits. Corporate hospitals are converting every small thing (like uncleanly environment in government hospitals, Doctor’s urge to get more salary, Doctor’s inability to offer human touch) into an marketing opportunity and doing business with patient's health and peace. Patients are now confused and confronted with many marketing medicinal approaches, modes and channels.
Yogic methods can certainly offer light, solution and hope to all such people who can learn, practice and experience yogic methods with discipline and commitment. Only thing it needs from people is “Prioritize Yoga as one’s daily routine”. That’s all it wants. It mends spiritual and bodily senses and unifies the powerful force within towards happiness, health and peace.
On this context, I want to appreciate our Prime Minister Narendra Modi who could convince rest of the world to honor June 21st as International Yoga Day.
Let all our bodies be conductors of yogic practices and hand over this ancient art to our next generation with warmth touch, trust and unbreakable will to reap its benefits.
I am kind to patanjali and all yogic gurus for their noble efforts that made this ancient art alive for these many years.
Happy International Yoga Day!...
